MEDICINE BALL | Tennis Evaluation


PURPOSE  The most effective tool for developing explosive power for tennis-specific movements is the weighted medicine ball. Medicine ball exercises work the five regions necessary for better tennis better: the core, legs, chest, arms and shoulders. Tennis-specific medicine ball ground strokes simulation training with forward and back, side to side and rotational movement is optimal way of improving players power, balance, explosiveness and stamina.
