SETTING THE GOALS / RECOMMENDATIONS

The whole idea of this comprehensive approach is to find out where the player is at this very moment, uncover his true potential and help his team to set the right goals (in the proper order) for his further improvement. Top experts believe, that besides being organized, also knowing and observing players' mental, physical, technical, tactical, and social-environmental conditions is key factor for his/her successful development. Set the short term and long term goals for each member of the team (player, parents, tennis coach, fitness coach, psychologist, physio...) and start improving. The whole team becomes more effective, when each member of the team is clear about his/her goals and responsibilities.
