PURPOSE  Core strengthening exercises are very important part of a well-rounded fitness program of tennis player, because they keep the pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen muscles in better harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the tennis court or in other daily activities. Core muscles have an impact on quality of tennis performance. Stronger core muscles allow the body to perform explosive movements around the court and stay balanced at all times. These exercises will not only help the player to improve the overall movement, but the player will also produce less errors.
